BRAVO PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE AGREEMENT
This service agreement labels the terms and conditions between the client and Bravo Photography. Any questions or concerns should be asked for clarity within any segment of this agreement.

SECTION 2: SCOPE OF WORK

Bravo Photography is not a Photo Booth Business. Bravo Photography is a freelance Event Photography business. Photos will be taken at the event and will be delivered to the Client in 2-7+ weeks. The Service Provider will arrive at the event with a Camera and necessary equipment. The Service Provider will not need to reserve any special space at the event unless necessary. The Service Provider will freely roam the event and capture images that may be appealing to the Client in Event Photography services if needed.
2.5 DELIVERY POLICY:
The Client will be delivered all visually appealing images within 2-4+ weeks after the event. If delivery takes longer than 49 days, then the Client may be refunded 8% of the Total Price of the Reservation.
2.6 IMAGE DELIVERY:
Images will be delivered via a link, where all images are stored in a digital gallery. To save or download images, there is a $5.50 fee per image download within gallery use. Once paid, clients will receive their images. Image Delivery fee is charged on an occasional basis and is not a guaranteed fee.
2.6.A OTHER MEDIUMS OF DELIVERY:
For on-site printing, delivery will be;
Instant
Charged at a rate of $6.99 for every 8 pictures printed.
After the first 16 printed pictures are charged, the price rate will decrease by ¢10 for every 8 pictures.
For batches of printed images that exceed 100 prints, the client may deduct 30% of the cost of printing to the total cost of services.
On-Site Printing is considered a malfunction risk for large orders, the photographer is not liable for any technical failures as for SECTION 6: LIABILITY.
2.7 EDITING AND RETOUCHING:
There is standard editing included in the service. However, if clients want additional retouching or editing, it will come at a cost of $4.50 for any adjustment they wish to make.
SECTION 3: PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1 TOTAL COST OF RESERVATION:
The Client will be charged a total of (PRICE) for a (DURATION) Reservation. (BREAKDOWN COSTS) Payment Method:
3.2 DEPOSIT:
To secure the booking, the Client is required to pay 50% of the Total Cost of Services at least 7 days before the Reserved Date that the Client has booked. The remaining 50% of the Total Cost of Services is due before the End of the Scheduled Services. The upfront cost is Refundable on certain occasions. (3.2.A)
3.2.A UPFRONT COST REFUNDS:
An upfront cost transaction is refundable by canceling a reservation at least 3 weeks before the Booked Event Date. It is also refundable due to Unforeseen Circumstances such as Natural Disasters, Accidental Equipment Damage to the Photographer's Equipment, Photographer Scheduling Issues, or Total Event Cancellation made by the client. A client and service provider must share with each other reasonable justification for a refund in order for it to take place.
3.3 REMAINING BALANCE:
The Remaining Balance of 50% of the total cost is due for payment before the completion of services. Failure to meet the payment deadline will result in a late fee which is valued at 30% of the total cost.
3.4 LATE FEES:
Failure to meet any payment deadline will result in a fee which is valued at 30% of the Total Cost of Services. A client must pay their late payment along with the late fee within 31 days after the event. Failure to do so may result in legal action.
SECTION 4: CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client, in return to services, must:
Follow and maintain composure to all matters listed within this agreement.
Ask questions when needed regarding all concerns to this agreement and/or the work of the photographer.
Present accurate information relating to the clients;

PRIVACY AGREEMENT
P.1 WHAT IS COLLECTED:
Bravo Photography collects only the necessary personal information needed to fulfill the service agreement. That is, names, phone numbers, email addresses, and contact preferences.
P.2 HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION:
Bravo Photography uses your information to;
Provide you with requested service.
Offer support to clients such as inquiries.
Fulfill and manage orders.
Deliver targeted advertising.
Post testimonials.
P.3 IS YOUR INFORMATION SHARED:
Your information is kept within Bravo Photography records and is never shared with anyone outside of the business for any reason.
P.4 USER RIGHTS:
All clients are guaranteed the right to withdraw or request their information from Bravo Photography records at any time by contacting us via bravophotos23@gmail.com.
All clients may also reserve the right to withdraw from further contact from Bravo Photography such as targeted marketing or promotional campaigns.

SECTION 5: CANCELLATION POLICY
5.1 CLIENT CANCELLATION:
A client may cancel a reservation at any time. A client is only refunded their Deposit as long as the cancellation is made at least 3 weeks before the reserved event date. Exceptions can be made through unforeseen circumstances. (3.2.A)
5.2 PHOTOGRAPHER CANCELLATION:
The Service Provider may cancel a reservation at any time. A client is always refunded any payments they made when a photographer cancels a reservation. Examples of why the Service Provider may cancel on a client may be found at 3.2.A.
SECTION 6: LIABILITY
The photographer is not liable for any photo loss caused by Equipment Failure, Technical Malfunctions, or other Unforeseen Circumstances. The photographer will take action to recover as many photos as possible; however, the recovery of all photos is not guaranteed. If a client is the host of the event, they may be charged a fee as a result of any equipment damages caused by guests at the event.
SECTION 7: FORCE MAJEURE
The Service Provider nor Client is liable for any failure to perform their obligations listed under this contract if such failure results from any devastating events that are out of their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, violence, event cancellation, or any other unforeseen events. In the event of a Force Majeure incident, both the Client and Photographer are expected to make a reasonable effort to reschedule the services to a later date. If rescheduling is unfeasible, then the client may be refunded all fees paid without contest.
SECTION 8: CONTRACT DURATION
The validity of this contract shall commence from the moment it is signed by both parties and will continue until 35 days after the delivery of the photos to the client. During this period, all terms and conditions outlined in this contract are enforceable and binding on both the Service Provider and the Client.

By signing below, both parties agree to and acknowledge the terms and conditions outlined in this Photography Contract Agreement. This signature signifies understanding, acceptance, and commitment to the specified duties, responsibilities, and expectations detailed in this contract. Both the Service Provider and the Client confirm their willingness to fulfill their listed responsibilities, ensuring a mutually respectful and professionally fulfilling collaboration. Additionally, both parties acknowledge that they have been given the opportunity to review the contract thoroughly and fully understand its contents.
Furthermore, the signers confirm that they have discussed and clarified any questions or concerns regarding the agreement and are entering into this contract with informed consent. Both the Service Provider and the Client commit to maintaining open communication, addressing any issues promptly, and working together to achieve the best possible outcome for the photography services provided.
